Development of advanced mathematical methods for investigating the models of continuum mechanics.

Basic research Activities

Development of methods of degenerate hodograph and differential constraints. Their application for studying the classes of exact solutions of gas dynamic equations. Group analysis of differential equations of the following models: Development of methods for numerical solution of the problems of dynamic of viscous fluid and gas: Development of regular methods of numerical solution of the problems of molecular-beam epitaxy and their applications. viscous heat-conducting gas; solid state dynamics; kinetic theory of gas. collocations and least-squares method; discrete vortices.
