Supported platforms


Microsoft Windows 98/ME/NT4/2000/XP
(Recommended: Windows 2000/XP).
Package was tested under Windows 98, Windows NT4, Windows 2000, Windows XP, processors: from 400 MHz (Celeron) to 1800 MHz (Pentium 4M), memory: 256 - 1536 Mb. Program size - 5072 Mb (exe + dll).

Scanning geometry:

Methods of tomogram reconstructions

  • 2D: Filtered Back Pprojection (Shepp-Logan, Erokhin-Shneiderov or Vainberg filters), ART, Maximum Entropy, Gerchberg-Papoulis, Sinogram Restoration, Iterative Wavelet Filtering, etc.
  • 3D: ART, MENT, MART, GP, Feldkamp, FBP.

    Formats of data

    Input: ASCII file with all projections (now only GRD-format), RAW-files (float), TIFF (8,16-bit);
    Output: Tomograms and sinograms as TGA-, BMP-, EPS-, GRD-, RAW-files (float), PRI-(integer 8- and 16-bit),
    and log-file with detailed information about processing steps.
